Alex Pardee here from Zerofriends. So, I just got home from a 2-day paint-a-thon with Skinner and the Internet,
and my skin, surprise, got burnt, leaving me looking like a bright red version of the dude from Alien Nation, but i'll fill you in on more of my
weekend later, as my brain is oatmeal and my heart is swimming laps in my chest. However, before I crash out, i wanted to let you know that, over the
weekend, Zerofriends released new stuff, both of them test the limitations of our futuristic printers from the year 2029 as the prints contain colors that you can only create by force-feeding LSD to a rainbow and then, while it's peaking, choking it until it vomits sunshine. 'The Delusionist' By Alex Pardee has just been released. It has a limited edition of 200. a 17 x 22  inch printed with Archival Inks on acid free velvet cotton rag. Each print is hand signed and numbered by Alex Pardee. This print was originally created for my 'Scratches & Abrasions' show at SURU in LA, and it is a portrait of a guy named Greg that I shared a room with when I was in the mental hospital years ago. Dude was way crazier than I was!! The other print Alex released is called 'The Day I Killed My Father' it has the same details as 'The Delusionist' but it has one difference, it has a 17 x 22 inch vertical composition.

I really feel this upcoming release from BLKMRKT Gallery called 'Boundary' from artist Chloe Early. This is a great composition, so many layers blended extremely well. I really like the free feeling to it. 'Boundary' is a 4 color 24 x 18 inch screen print on cotton rag. Edition size is 100 and the print will come signed, numbered and stamped

I found these unbelievable poster designs today on Typographic Posters site. The artist's name is Alex Trochut and the above piece is called 'The Hyper Spectrum'. This is ridiculously good. I am not sure what size it is and I do not even know if it is available for sale. But, Alex's website has some amazing pieces like 'Old School' + 'Poder' both prints are €150 each.

Julie West 'Flowers Friends' + 'Froghead Girl' I LOVE THIS SHIT!

Here is a very cool letterpress piece titled 'Flower Friends' from Julie West. It is an 8.5 x 11 inch 2 color letterpress signed and numbered for $50 each. I am a big fan of hers, although I did only recently discovered her. I have found a few sites selling her work as well as her in her own e-store on her site. The image below is called 'Froghead Girl' it is an 8.5 x 11 inch signed and numbered giclee for only $70 each.

Mr Brainwash Drops 3 Reworked Pieces 'Biggie, Chocolate Girl + Jackson Pollock'

Notice the differences between the earlier edition (below) of 'One More Chance' and the one above which is his NEW one off version of the same print. This one is much bolder and richer than the previous 50 edition release. You can see the extra detail put into it and of course with that extra effort comes additional cost, and this 22 x 30 inch homage to Biggie is only $1000 crisp! There are also reworked pieces of 'The Chocolate Girl' and of 'Jackson Pollock' too.
