Today's Banksy's is pretty dissapointing, I was expecting something HUGE to coincide with Halloween. These Balloon Letters tag was discovered in Queens at 35th and Borden Ave by the Long Island Expressway.

Jimmy Chiang, 31, David Aguilar, 25, and Ronald Galarza, 24, were arrested on charges of criminal trespassing, and Mr. Chiang was also charged with criminal mischief, a police spokesman said.
